All Six Entities, by Survival Rate
What this page helps you decide: which entities you are statistically least likely to have survived yet, so you know which encounter to prepare for next.
Six entities in SILENT BREATH each have their own survive against achievement, which makes the roster verifiable rather than community folklore. Ranking them by global completion gives a usable proxy for how rarely players get through each encounter: the butcher sits at 7.4% while the blind sister sits at 41.3%.

A low completion rate does not mean a hard entity
Global achievement percentages measure how many owners have done something, not how hard it is. Three different things push a number down and only one of them is difficulty: the entity may be rare enough that most runs never meet it, the achievement may sit behind a mode people rarely open, or the fight itself may be genuinely punishing. SILENT BREATH mixes all three, which is why the ordering in the table is a rarity ranking first and a difficulty ranking only second. Read a low number as "you probably have not met this one yet" rather than "you will lose to this one". The practical consequence: chasing the rarest entity by replaying the same route wastes runs, because the limiting factor is exposure, not skill.
Using the table to plan a run instead of a checklist
Treated as a checklist, the six entities look like six separate goals. Treated as a rarity ranking, they collapse into two groups with different strategies. The entities near the top of the table are the ones almost every SILENT BREATH owner has already met, so those achievements come from playing at all rather than from planning. The ones at the bottom are gated by exposure, and exposure is the only lever you control: more distinct runs beat more careful runs. Practically that means resisting the instinct to restart the moment a run goes badly - a compromised run that continues still samples the encounter table, while a restart resets it.
Step-by-Step
- Read the ranking as exposure plus difficulty, not as a published difficulty rating. A low percentage can mean an entity is hard to survive, or simply that it appears late and fewer players reach it.
- The four sisters (blind, armless, big, shy) are each named in achievement text, so they are confirmed distinct entities rather than nicknames.
- The stalker and the butcher are separate from the sisters. The butcher is the only entity with a matching location achievement, the Butcher’s Cabin at 6.5%.
- Use achievement wording as the only safe behavioural hint. YOU CAN’T FIND ME for the blind sister and YOU CAN SMELL ME for the armless sister point at sight versus scent, but the developer has published no mechanics beyond that.
Data Tables
| Entity | Achievement | Global completion | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| blind sister | YOU CAN'T FIND ME | 41.3% | Named blind in the achievement text; the most-earned survival achievement of the six. |
| armless sister | YOU CAN SMELL ME | 36.7% | Achievement wording points at scent rather than sight as how it tracks you. |
| big sister | I AM NOT YOUR FRIEND | 35.2% | Third most-survived of the four sisters. |
| shy sister | NO ONE IS LOOKING AT YOU | 20.2% | Achievement wording implies being looked at changes its behaviour. |
| stalker | I SEE YOU | 13% | Not one of the sisters; a separate entity. |
| butcher | I'M A VEGETARIAN | 7.4% | Least-survived entity, and the only one with a matching location achievement. |
Entity names and achievement text come from the official Steam achievement list; percentages are Steam own global completion statistics captured 2026-08-25. Completion percentage is a proxy for how many owners have survived that entity. It is not a difficulty rating published by EXODIAC STUDIOS, and it moves over time.
FAQ
How many entities does SILENT BREATH have?
Six have a dedicated survival achievement: the blind, armless, big and shy sisters, plus the stalker and the butcher. Scripted scares may exist beyond these, but only these six are individually confirmed.
Which entity is the hardest?
By global completion the butcher is survived least often at 7.4%, followed by the stalker at 13.0%. Treat that as rarity rather than an official difficulty ranking.
